Does drinking a lot of water help to reduce the salt concentration and thus blood pressure? I’m taking fish oil pills, is there any other food that can help? I’m just looking for stuff that’s not medication, I was in the prehypertension range the last couple of times I went to the doctor so I’m trying to lower it naturally (besides exercise of course).
