I just took my blood pressure this morning since my body feels acheysince i was having a panic attack last night real bad and i have this dark blue blood vien hurting on the back of my leg i woke up with which im not sure what it is if its a pinched vien or what?
I took my BP and its 122 over 76 i’m not sure if that is good or not though i don’t know all about blood pressure or have a chart.
Perfect. You don’t have a problem. The question is why are you taking your blood pressure if you don’t know what normal numbers are…. If you suffer from panic attacks, you know you worry over things that are not worrisome. Why look for more. That can’t be good for your panic attacks. As for the blue vein, all veins are blue. That’s normal. If it hurts, call your doctor and he/she may have you come to take a look at it to see if it’s anything or not. My guess is not. Good luck.

That blood pressure is fine. The vein could be a varicose vein. Do you spend alot of time on your feet and/or are you overweight? That would do it.

if you took it while being relaxed, it is good. all blood pressure must be taken when at rest, and no stimulants in your system. 150 over 100 would be hypertensive. not good.

Normal blood pressure is 110 to 120/70. You’re fine. But you may suffer from generalized anxiety. See a doctor for medications that can help.
