all the webMD and all the charts say is if it is 120/80 its good… help me

Where did you have your blood pressure taken? In order to get an accurate reading, it has to be done correctly. Things like drinking coffee, smoking recently, or stress can affect the reading. Have your blood pressure checked again, and if the readings are consistently high, you should talk to your doctor about it.

120 over 80 is considered ideal. Your lower number is a little low but it is probably nothing serious. You might mention it to your doctor the next time you are in for any sort of examination.

I don’t know if it’s bad, but it is definitely bizarre, and you should have it checked out. It’s called a "wide pulse pressure". This can be a symptom of several diseases. Some potential causes are heart diseases, but others are not.

It’s bad if you are a human being. Ask a physician for a diet that lower your blood pressure . I am sure a better diet will improve your blood pressure.
