The chest pain is not sharp, and it comes at random times. Even if I run up stairs and try to exert myself, the pain will not necesarily occur.
The pain appears to be on the left portion of my chest on a small area along my rib cage. Sometimes, I can swear the pain happens very quickly in the area where my heart is…
Is it possible this chest pain could be related to my heart even though I have great blood pressure and resting pulse? I did have heart palpitations for a couple of weeks because of a reaction to a decongestant. I can still feel my heart beating sometimes, but not nearly as bad as it used to be. I am wondering if the palpitations have anything to do with it.
‘You need to see a Dr. It doesn’t matter if your B.P. is OK. You could still have a heart problem. The Dr. could order some tests to see if your heart is OK. A pulled muscle would give you pain all the time. Random pain is more associated with the heart.
