The second number is the diastolic blood pressure. This is the pressure in your blood vessels when the heart is very briefly resting in between beats
Systolic blood pressure should be less than 140. Diastolic blood pressure should be less than 83.
Your blood pressure is not bad, but if it gets a little higher then you might need medications.
