I am sure you can get them from any medical supply store, but also there is a software program on line that you can enter your blood pressure readings and it will chart it for you etc. (see blow link). Or you can just type them up with dates and times, etc.

My friend, who has already been to a doctor and is taking her meds, is currently so far off the charts with her blood pressure that she’s at risk of heart attack. Any advise on dieting/stress relief/exercise will help. Thanks.
A low salt diet combined with exercise certainly helps and a lot of other natural remedies such as lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic and Coenzyme Q10 all help a bit but often you still need prescription medication as well.
The DASH diet is also supposed to help.

it depends on your co morbid conditions ie other disease conditions you have and past medical history. A 120/90 or less is a good target, but check with ur doc for ur particular case.

Every day thousands of people are bothered needlessly with an unsolicited phone call. And of course this usually happens at dinner or when you are just about ready to shower.
This call might come in on your landline or maybe your cell phone. Sometimes even on your computer. It’s like there are little gremlins running around in the netherworld with nothing better to do.
Well, I don’t know about you, but I can not stand it when this happens with me. The biggest reason is because I use reading glasses to see small print and it’s almost impossible to see who is calling. Needless to say, I get caught probably more than most people.
Also, I have learned that some geniuses that want my attention use several different numbers to call from. Well, I am on to them now. I just don’t answer. Yes, the joys of voicemail.
There are many times I would like to look up exactly who is calling and from where with all the juicy details. Then I got to thinking. I can call them and harass them for awhile. Ahh, maybe not. That’s probably a little demented.
In all seriousness though, I can see how in so many instances in every day life that looking up this information would be quite useful. God forbid, but consider for a minute that if your marriage is on shaky ground and you, Mr. Nosey peeks at your spouses cell phone while he or she is in the shower. You see an unfamiliar phone number and your blood pressure hits pretty high on the charts.
Let’s take another example. Little Johnny’s been acting a little strange lately. I mean he’s not growing a third eye or anything, but he is walking funny and has conversations when no one is around. This might be a cause of concern with most parents, me for sure. Well, as soon as he goes to bed at three a.m., I’ll get up and check that phone. Of course that will not do me any good. I don’t know his buddies numbers anyway.
Let’s take one last example. Suppose you have been laid off for awhile and you have been searching high and low for a good job. Things around the house are getting pretty stressful. Johnny’s acting up and the spouse seems pretty sneaky lately.
Well, you really need that job if for no other reason but to just get away. The phone keeps ringing causing so much aggravation and tension. You are not answering and they are not leaving voicemails. Are you beginning to see the terrible cycle going on here?
It was probably a couple of job offers in there some where. This person needs a way to lookup all these numbers.
