I’ve been feeling a sense of pressure in my head lately, and decided to have my blood pressure reading taken at the local drug store. The reading was 128/93. The above number is in the good range, but the bottom number is in the hypertensive range. I feel pretty worried about the lower number. Any ideas about this?

apparently a good bp is 120/80 so you both are pretty close to that. your pulse varies a lot on what you have been or are doing. try taking it first thing in the morning to get the most accurate reading of your resting heart rate.
what about the two numbers and the comparison.
The top one is how fast your heart is beating, while the bottom one tells how relaxed your heart is. The lower number is far more important than the top one unless it gets completely out of control which is rare in the average person.
