It is normally around 110/65 and I’m still in high school. I was just wondering if I had a normal blood pressure after working out.
Hehe… Perfectly within the normal range. Stop worrying. Human vascular systems during exercise can take pressures up to 220/120.

Mine is 90/60 I am 16…apparently, my doctor said there’s nothing wrong with it…but I don’t know :/ Who knows?

Yes it’s perfectly normal. I’m in highschool and after working out mine is about 150/90. It gets high. Just don’t over work yourself.

Your blood pressure is fine. Your heart rate/pulse, after your workout is something you should measure, as well as making sure you’re reaching your target heart rate during your workout, thus measuring how long it takes to go from your target heart rate back to your resting rate.
