So I’m 19 and my doctor has told me that my blood pressure is a bit high since I was 17. I gotta admit I’m a lil chubby, I do not excercise as often, and eat junk food. But
I want to change and lead a new lifestyle. Does anybody have any HELPFUL hints?
Thanks.
And if you have some stories that will scare the heck out of me into leading a better lifestyle please share.
:)

cut back on salty foods. and work on a healthy diet and exercise.
my grandpa ate so much unhealthy food for 70ish years of his life that 90% of his carotid artery (the artery in his neck) was full of plaque from all the fatty foods he ate. his blood pressure was extremely high. and this all started when he was a teen.
