I heard apple cider vinager is good for weight lost and to control your blood pressure

its ‘vinegar’…you shouldnt consume more than a tsp twice a day as it would be too laxativ for the tummy…eat 5 small healthy meals a day and do cardio & toning exercises in moderation 5 days weekly..make it your lifestyle permanently so that all the excess weight that you lose never comes back…drink enough water
