Water is great for the body. It cleanses and allows toxins to leave your body. Sweating is good too! You just want to be sure to stay hydrated. If you are working out, doing cardio 30 minutes a day 3 days a week, and eating a healthy diet (watching salt intake and no fried foods) you should be able to get your blood pressure down. Try walking 3 days a week for 3 weeks and see if your blood pressure changes. It definitely couldn’t hurt.

We need to drink about 3 litres of water per day.
It should be even more if there is lot of perspiration.

Drinking lots of water removes the toxins from your body. Water regulates your metabolism. Water can also decrease some types of cancers like colon cancer and bladder cancer. There is no such thing that drinking lots of water raises blood pressure
