I have really high blood pressure.. when I was put on medication it was consistantly around 170/120. I’m 20 years old.. so my doctor thinks it’s strange.. he wanted me to get blood work done but since I have to fast I haven’t found the time to go yet so I haven’t gone back to my doctor and the medication he prescribed for me to use in the mean time finished a couple days ago.. does anyone know of any home remedies that I could use in the meantime until I see my doctor (probably next week)

wow, thats not good……find the time to fast and go get done what is needed, you’ll be sleeping most the time and in the morning you brush your teeth, try to decrease your stress, and go to your doctors.
