The big gap in systolic and diastolic pressure may be due to some heart problem. Aortic regurgitation is one of the causes. Get an echo cardiogram that will rule out any heart abnormality.
References :
This is a tricky situation - you have what is called isolated systolic hypertension, and you also have diastolic hypotension. This is not a healthy blood pressure. The biggest concern is probably your diastolic pressure - its way too low, while the systolic pressure is only slightly elevated. You may have some type of leakage in a heart valve, or a pulse rate that's too low, a thyroid problem, chronically dehydrated, or have side effects from some sort of medication. You might consider making an appointment with a cardiologist.
